Description

In Slovenian Istria, 15 minutes of driving from the sea and the centre of Koper, is the Kozlovič family’s Guesthouse Green Istria. Set in a peaceful location in the middle of the countryside, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature.

We offer rooms as well as apartment and tiny houses. We have also space for some vans and tents. Additionally we prepare also the delicious Istrian Breakfast!

House Rules

The tourist tax is not included in the price and should be paid at the spot (2 eur/person/night). We aim to provide our guests with a relaxing experience. Therefore, we kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 7:00. Voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.

please note: a check-in after 8pm is not possible anymore. We don't have 24/7 reception.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your spot up to 7 days before arrival, you will be refunded 100% of the rental price, but not the service fee. If you cancel the booked spot less than 7 days before the planned arrival, no refund will be made.
