Thanks to the handmade paintings on the posts and furniture, you can get a little closer to Mongolian culture, centred on the family and the tribal group, in this genuinely traditional yurt. If you would like to get more involved, books, DVDs and games about the yurt and Mongolia are available, and it would even be possible to organise a workshop on assembling a mini-yurt.
